For the one everyone leans on
Think it through. Then make room for what you decide.
TEDx Speaker
Coaching for high achievers, in medicine and outside it. Say it out loud to someone listening for how you are thinking, not just what you are feeling. You leave with the words, the decision, or the hours back.
Lauren still sees patients one day a week. I gave myself permission to add to the work, not abandon it.
A real 55-minute session, free. No sales pitch.

Who this is for
It is not about your job title. If any of this sounds familiar, this is built for you.
Colleagues, family, the people who count on you. Somewhere in taking care of everyone else, you stopped asking what you actually wanted. You're allowed to ask now.
Not all of your work, just some of it. You're not sure if that means leaving, scaling back, or building something alongside it, and you don't want to blow up your life to find out.
You've tried the vacation, the schedule change, the boundary-setting article. The tiredness is still there, because it was never really about rest.
From a recent client
"If you're in a career transition and feeling lost or overwhelmed, she is exactly the kind of coach you need in your corner. She meets you where you are, leads with heart, and helps you find your way forward."
Make Room For It
Room comes from taking something out, not squeezing something in. There are three ways to make it.
When your calendar is full
Make room.
Take one thing out. A yes you gave too fast. A meeting that runs itself. Space for what you want starts there.
When it is 95% done
Call it done.
An unfinished thing takes up more room than a finished one. Finish it and free the space.
When you are afraid to choose
Try it for two weeks.
You do not have to decide forever. Test the smallest version and let what you learn decide the next step.
Why not a course or a program
Generic programs sell you a framework and move on to the next cohort. This is a relationship with someone who has made the exact kind of leap you're weighing, and who will tell you the truth even when it isn't the pitch.
Common questions
No. You can use coaching to figure out what changes you need to make, what boundaries you need to set, and what role you actually want. Sometimes the answer is leaving. Sometimes the answer is staying with substantial changes. Most of the time, the first step is smaller than you think.
Sessions are private. I never contact your employer. Coaching is not billed through insurance. Use a personal email if you prefer.
Sessions are 55 minutes, conducted via video. There is also a 25-minute option that fits a full workday. Between sessions, I may give you questions to sit with or short exercises (nothing burdensome).
The first session is always free. Coaching is sold in packages, not single sessions. Packages start at $1,400. See coaching packages & pricing.
Therapy typically focuses on processing the past and mental health. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. I'm not a therapist and this isn't therapy. It's forward-focused work on clarity, narrative, and action.
