Decision Coaching
decide, then take the first step
You have thought about it from every angle. You have made the pro and con list. You have asked everyone you trust. You are still stuck. Decision coaching gives you a structured way to see the choice clearly, make it, and take the first step.
"Most accomplished people
don't need more information.
They need permission."

Why decisions get stuck
Most people who are stuck already know the facts. What they are missing is a way to weigh them. Fear, other people's expectations and old rules all get mixed in with what you actually want. My job is to help you separate them.
How a decision session works
Most decisions get stuck because we try to answer every question at once. We take them one at a time. A single decision can often be worked through in one or two sessions.
01
Which option fits what matters most to you now? Not ten years ago. Not what matters to the people around you. We name your values and score each option against them.
02
What would each option actually take? Money, time, family, logistics. We separate the real constraints from the ones you assumed and never checked.
03
Which option fits who you are becoming? Some choices look right on paper and still feel wrong. That feeling is information, and we look at it directly.
04
Ten days, ten months, ten years. Which choice will you wish you had made? Then we pick one small, recoverable step to test it before you commit.
Decisions I help with
Each of these is its own kind of decision. The method is the same. Choose the one that sounds most like where you are.
01
Whether to leave a job, a practice or a role, or redesign it and stay.
02
Whether to say yes to the new role, the leadership job or the bigger title.
03
What comes next when the path you built no longer fits.
04
Cutting hours, stepping down from a role or changing how much you work.
05
Whether to start something on the side, keep it small or go all in.
06
Deciding what to drop when everything feels like it matters.
07
Caregiving, kids, a move, and the work changes they force.
08
Empty nest, a milestone birthday or semi-retirement.

A note
You do not need a long engagement to make one good decision. Bring the question you are stuck on. We will work through it together, and you will leave with a next step.

Common questions
What is decision coaching?
Decision coaching helps you work through one specific decision in a structured way. We clarify what matters to you, check the real constraints, look at how each option fits who you are, and choose a small first step.
What kinds of decisions do you help with?
Career decisions like whether to stay or leave, take a promotion or go part time. Life decisions like making room for family, starting something on the side or what comes after a milestone. If it is keeping you up at night, it counts.
How many sessions does it take?
A single decision can often be worked through in one or two sessions. Bigger decisions, like a career change, usually take longer. We decide together what makes sense after the first free session.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. You know your life better than anyone. My job is to help you see the decision clearly enough to make it yourself, and to make sure the choice is really yours.
What if I make the wrong choice?
Most decisions are more reversible than they feel. We look for a small, recoverable first step, so you can test a choice before you commit to all of it.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. The first session is free and there is no sales pitch. Tell me what you are deciding. I will tell you honestly whether coaching makes sense.
Ready to start
No pressure. Just a conversation.
The first session is free and there's no obligation. Tell me where you are. I'll tell you honestly if coaching makes sense and if we're a good fit.
